International Shipping Policy:
Handy Accents™, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and internationally to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. *If an order has been placed from a country not listed above, a shipping fee invoice will be sent to the purchaser. Once the shipping fee has been paid, your order will be processed.
Costs for USPS First Class Mail International shipping starts
at $4.95 per set. See the Shipping & Delivery section for fees. We can accommodate for combined shipping for additional products mailed to the same address. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes,
customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If applicable, your package will arrive C.O.D. for collecting import charges on delivery.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Handy Accents™, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
When mailing internationally, the only delivery available with insurance to guarantee replacement of lost or damaged items is to ship Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. The cost of both of those options is greater than the costs of one set of duvet clips. First Class International Delivery Confirmation is not available as is standard on First Class domestic shipping. If you would like your order shipped Express Mail or Priority, please contact us before you place your order.The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax:

Return Policy:
Returns
All Clips are vigorously tested to ensure strength and durability. We strive to ensure our products are in excellent condition when shipped. If, though, a clip(s) is defective due to manufacturing, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt and a replacement(s) will be shipped to you. Please see Return Instructions below.
If the package is damaged during transit and you have purchased insurance, see the Insurance section in shipping/Delivery. If an order is shipped to you in error, please notify us via email or phone us at 843.655.8606. Return the product within 14 days and once received, we will ship the appropriate item.

Call or email us to let us know of the problem you're experiencing with your received product. Please send your returns in their original packaging or a bubble-padded envelope with your original invoice to:

We recommend that you insure and track your package. Handy Accents is not responsible for products returned to us damaged; we will not credit you for these items. Items returned in standard unpadded envelopes may be damaged by the postal service. Handy Accents also cannot be responsible for items sent but never received. No returns/partial quantity returns will be accepted for items damaged or altered while in use by consumer. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 20 days for any reason.
